Perseverance of culture, values and traditions of Rural India is necessary for ensuring harmony, peace and mutual respect in the society as well as for Sustainability in Development for long time.

About to Pride
It was in the year 1992, that a small group of youths, in their twenties, having rural background gathered to discuss the formation of an organisation which could provide a platform to the rural youths aspiring for brighter future. Thereafter, the idea never died though it remained dormant and gained momentum with the get-to-gathers and meetings held in the year 2004 onwards. It was in one of these meetings that the name PRIDE, i.e., People for Rural Integration, Development & Education was conceived whereafter the organisation came into existence in the year 2007.

We have convictions and beliefs that:

  • The nation can not progress without active participation of its villages in the process of its alround development.
  • Full growth rate of India can not be achieved without trapping the unexplored talent of Rural India.
  • This is a conscientious allegiance to contribute in the development of their villages by the persons having utilized the scary resources of village to be able to achieve the present status.
  • There is an urgent need to channelize the energy of rural youths towards constructive purposes to arrest their indulgence in unwarranted activities.
  • Perseverance of culture, values and traditions of Rural India is necessary for ensuring harmony, peace and mutual respect in the society as well as for Sustainability in Development for long time.
  • The information technology can be an effective tool in integrating the rural societies among themselves and with the rest of the world and, for spreading education and awareness to achieve the goal of development.
